B.J. Early knows his way around a Courtroom. He has handled approximately 3,000 criminal cases and tried over 70 criminal jury trials to completion. With 15 years experience in both State and Federal Courts, combined with his knowledge of the Criminal Statutes, Laws, Judges, and Prosecutors, you can be confident you are getting the representation in Court you deserve. Also present in the Office is his assistant, Nita Potts-Graham. Nita spent her entire career working as a Court Clerk where she retired after 29 years. Her significant time inside the Courthouse has given her the knowledge and network connections of individuals to stay a step ahead when it comes to handling the many procedural issues that go on behind the scenes people never see of Court cases.
